We love our customers to be happy, and we will strive to ensure that we can accommodate to the best of our abilities!  We also feel that we want to be completely open about our Store Policies, so here they are:

  

  • We take great care in packaging and shipping each item to our customers.  We ask for the same care in handling merchandise once received, especially if a return or exchange is imminent.
  • Items must have ALL tags for a Full Refund.
  • Credit will be issued for the purchase price placed back on the original credit card used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless we made a mistake. 
  • Some items are NOT RETURNABLE:  Head Wear (including hats, bows, etc.) due to hygiene, socks & tights if they have been tried on and Special order items. 
  • Regular SALE ITEMS will only be accepted for Store Credit.
  • Clearance SALE ITEMS are considered Final Sale if it's discounted 40% or more.
  • Shoes are accepted as an exchange for a different size.  Shoes must be shipped in a shipping box, please do not tape shipping label to outside of the actual shoe box - we can't re-sell it.
  • Orders for 3 or more like items, generally for Wedding Parties or 3 or more items for one child incur an automatic 15% restocking fee on fully returned orders. Size exchanges are happily handled at no restocking fee.
  • Some specialty items may incur a 10%-15% restocking fee on full returns.  This information will be mentioned in the product description if it applies.
  • Item must be in original unworn condition with all tags intact. Item will be fully inspected to ensure item is in "new" condition showing no signs of wear, cleaning, or foul scent. Items deemed used will be sent back to customer incurring further shipping charges.
  • Packages sent back without the Return Authorization Code, or past the return cut-off time-frame may not be accepted. Further shipping charges will be incurred.
  • If item is returned in a crumpled fashion, or needs special attention to revive to perfect condition, a 25% fee will be implemented for dry cleaning costs. 


 

ABANDONED ORDERS


Orders either refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect order information will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges.

If total fees exceed amount of the goods, Everything Nice will abandon the property and credit will not be issued.

Please note that refused orders WILL incur substantial charges. We truly discourage clients using this method to return items - it is very costly for you.
