Overnight delivery is available for a substantial charge depending on inventory
of items ordered. Items ship next business day. Special requests for same day shipment will be accepted on an individual basis and depends solely on UPS scheduling. Alaska and Hawaii residents may require additional shipping charges calculated at checkout.
Please note, in most cases there is a 24 hour processing time prior to shipment release. Standard Ground usually delivers within 5-7 business days after shipment release, 3-Day Select delivers 3 full business days after shipment release, and 2-Day delivers 2 full business days after shipment release; weather conditions permitting.
We currently can not accept international orders.
RETURN POLICY
Upon delivery please inspect the order thoroughly and determine acceptability
within the first 3 days. If for some unfortunate reason an item needs to be returned,
please follow the Return Policy steps outlined below:
· Email returns@everythingnicefinechildrensclothing.com
within 3 days of delivery in order to obtain a Return Authorization Code.
Please include full name, order#, item#, reason for return, and a valid email
address. Please email prior to following up with a phone call.
· Item must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery (please see exceptions
below). It is suggested that the item be returned using an insured and traceable
shipping method. Everything Nice is not responsible for returns lost in the
mail. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
· Please include a copy of the original invoice including the Return Authorization
Code. Packages sent back without the Return Authorization Code, or past the
return cut-off timeframe will not be accepted. On an individual basis Everything Nice may accept a Return past the due date, however a 50% restocking fee is strictly enforced.

· Item must be in original unworn condition with all tags intact. Item will
be fully inspected to ensure item is in “new” condition showing no signs of
wear, cleaning, or foul scent. Items deemed used will be sent back to customer
incurring further shipping charges. Items must have all tags for a Full Refund.
· Credit will be issued for the purchase price placed back on the original credit
card used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
· If item is returned in a crumpled fashion, or needs special attention to revive to perfect condition, a 25% - 50% fee will be implemented. We ask that Customers use ultimate care with items being returned. This is strictly adhered to in our policies.
· Exceptions to the 10-day Return Policy include: Christening Outfits and Accessories,
Holiday Attire, Formal Styles, All White Items, and Sale Items. These items must be postmarked within 3 days
of delivery – following all the above steps for proper return.
· Orders for 3 or more like items, generally for Wedding Parties or 3 or more items meant for one child – must be returned within 5 business days of receipt. And an automatic 15% restocking fee is incurred on the returned items. Size exchanges are happily handled at no restocking fee.
· Special Orders, Party Hats, any Head Wear and
Socks are considered FINAL SALE, and will not be accepted for return. Sale Items may also indicate Final Sale in the description. Holiday Items purchased within 10 days of the Holiday are considered Final Sale.
· Shoes will only be accepted as an exchange for a different size - NO REFUNDS.
· SALE ITEMS will only be accepted for Store Credit, refunds will not be issued. Clearance Items will indicate Final Sale in the description and/or marked 40% or more off regular price, these items are not eligible for Store Credit or Refunds.
· Exchanges will follow the same procedures above. It is encouraged that the client place a new order for the replacement item, and Everything Nice will credit the account once the original item is received back in “new condition”. We recommend this due to the high turn-over of availability. Everything Nice will charge the credit card for replacement items and shipping – credit will be given when the original item is received back in sellable condition.
ABANDONED ORDERS
Orders either refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect
order information will be charged a 50% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping
charges. If additional charges exceed amount of the goods, Everything Nice will abandon the property and credit will not be issued.
